As part of its HR Circle, Temple University Singapore is pleased to announce the next event in the series.  Jonas Covey, MSHRM class of 2012, will present "Why You Would Want to Create an Inclusive Culture" on 10 September.  Jonas works as Asia Pacific HR Process Transformation and Operational Excellence Manager for Caterpillar Asia Pte Ltd.

"Many organizations focus too narrowly on building a diverse workforce; however, diversity requires creating and sustaining an inclusive culture as well.  Research showed that organizations with strong diversity and inclusive cultures are more innovative and achieve higher financial returns.

About Jonas Covey
Jonas Covey is the Asia Pacific HR Process Transformation and Operational Excellence Manager at Caterpillar Asia Pte Ltd., where his team drives operational effectiveness and efficiency through process standardization and internal controls. 
 
Before joining Caterpillar, he spent four years as an project manager/IT architect with the Learning Systems group at IBM, and 10 years as an IT consultant with IBM and IBM business partners, serving such clients as General Electric, McKinsey & Company, and Ernst & Young. 
 
Finally, Jonas is a recent graduate of the Temple University Fox School of Business Master of Science in Human Resource Management program.
